What is Reiki?
The energy of life is continuously flowing through and around all of us. The flow of life energy through us is what
keeps us alive, this flow can become imbalanced for many reasons, stemming from tension and stress from our
daily living and thought patterns, resulting in blocks and imbalances in the flow. These blocks can reflect in our
bodies, manifesting as malfunctions and disease.
Reiki Practioners are trained to tap into the supply of life energy and channel it through their body to the receiver.
Once in the receiver, the energy will go where needed. Reiki will not heal you, but empower the receiver to take
appropriate steps for their growth and development for their soul growth and higher purpose.
Distant Reiki is a technique within the system of Reiki, enabling you to receive a session without being physically
present with the practitioner. Practitioners are mainly taught three symbols, one of the primary ones being the
“Distance symbol’ when invoked seeing healing energy across space, time and distance.
Your experience will not be hindered by not being physically present during your healing session, as we are all
connected and your Reiki master will link up to your energy field. Distant Reiki allows you to receive healing
energy anywhere and everywhere, allowing you to receive your healing, in the comfort of your own home.
Holistic Counselling
A Holistic Counsellor is a blend of Holistic and traditional counselling techniques, supporting healing,
guidance, empowerment and self-awareness. We view clients as a whole person, emcompassing their
emotional, physical, mental and spiritual well-being. Helping gain practical and Holistic tools to
facilitate a meaningful transformation in their life.
My Story
I am deeply honoured to share this sacred space with you. My mission here, is to offer a safe place and guidance on your healing journey.
A little about myself, I am a hairdresser by trade and a stay at home mum of three
beautiful children. After the break down of my long term marriage, I found myself
trying to figure out who I was as a person? not a wife or a mother, just me.
Starting over wasn’t easy, I never envisioned myself parenting alone and starting from
scratch and I had some dark days, but somehow I pulled myself together and showed
up the best I could for myself and my kids. During this time I found myself drawn to
spirituality and found some strong women online, that soon became my mentors,
guiding me on my healing journey and my life began to change. I began researching
different types of modalities, meditations, sound and energy healings and this lead me
to deepen my knowledge. I went on to receive my certification in Holistic counselling,
Holistic health, metaphysical studies and became a Reiki Master.
I truly believe that everything happens for a reason and what I have experienced was
part of my destiny, to not only find myself, but help others do the same. If you feel
